The 2012 prices, payable in sterling are:-

All prices are per week inclusive of gas, water, electricity and logs. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Unless by prior arrangement the cottage is available from 4.00 pm on the first day of the booking and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the final day. Duvets, pillows and tea towels are supplied, however if bed linen/towels are required a supplement of £10 per person is applicable.

A 20% deposit is payable on booking, the balance being payable 8 weeks prior to taking the holiday. A separate refundable deposit of £100 is also payable with the final balance to cover any damage during the stay. Cancellation charges apply. Well behaved dogs are allowed, but must be notified in advance and are not permitted in bedrooms.

Visitors are requested to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy state when they depart. If required cleaning can be arranged at time of booking for a fee of £30. This cleaning charge will be deducted from the breakages deposit if the property is left in an unacceptable state.

As cancellation charges apply it is advisable to arrange insurance against cancellation of your holiday.
